Our Spring Menu Has Arrived

Spring has officially landed at Pendragon’s Smokehouse, and with it comes a new menu built for longer evenings, lighter plates, and a few dishes we have been especially excited to bring back into the fold.

This season’s menu keeps everything we care about most at the centre of what we do. Proper smoked meats, thoughtfully made sides, and desserts that feel at home at the end of a good meal. Some favourites are returning, a few new dishes are making their debut, and several items will be produced in smaller batches as we see what our customers respond to most.

That smaller batch approach is intentional. It lets us keep quality high, stay close to what people are enjoying, and continue shaping the menu in a way that feels fresh rather than fixed.

You’ll see that reflected across the spring selection, from our smoked meats to seasonal sides and desserts. The goal is the same as ever. Food that feels generous, carefully made, and easy to enjoy at home without sacrificing quality.

As always, much of the menu is gluten free, with a small number of exceptions. Allergen notes are listed on each item, and if you ever need help choosing, we are always happy to point you in the right direction.

Behind the scenes, sourcing still matters enormously to us. We work hard to build the menu around ingredients we feel good about serving, including premium meats sourced through respected suppliers such as Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors, a family business that's been supplying restaurants and hotels for over a century and works with small domestic farm partners across the country.
