How to Place an Order

STEP 1
Choose Your Town
Visit the Menu page and select your town to see available delivery days and time slots.

STEP 2
Select Your BBQ
Browse the month's featured smoked meats, sides, desserts and drinks. Choose your quantities, options and add them to your cart. You can view options, ingredients and allergen info on every item.

STEP 3
Enter Zip & Delivery Day/Time
At checkout, confirm your zip code and choose a delivery day and time slot that fits your schedule. Availability may vary by town.

STEP 4
Place Your Order
We’ll prep your BBQ fresh and deliver it hot on your chosen day and time, just set the table and enjoy!
How Our BBQ Delivery Service Works

When We Deliver
We deliver on select days each week, and each town has its own schedule. Just choose your town during checkout and you’ll see the available dates and time slots.
- Most deliveries happen between 5 PM and 9 PM, and you’ll pick a 1-hour window during checkout.
- Slots are limited, so once they fill up, they disappear, so we recommend ordering early.

Ordering Deadlines
We operate on a pre-order model to keep everything fresh and smoked to perfection.
- Orders typically close 3 days before delivery, usually by 12 PM, though popular days may sell out sooner.
- We recommend ordering early in the month to secure your preferred slot.

Packaging & Drop-Off
Your order is held in insulated carriers during transport to keep everything hot and ready. When we arrive, it’s handed off in recyclable or compostable containers—designed for short-term freshness, not long-term insulation.
- We recommend being home to receive your order so you can enjoy it at its best. But if you’re unavailable, we’ll leave it in a safe spot and send a confirmation text once it’s been dropped off.
- Need us to follow specific drop-off instructions? Just let us know at checkout and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Tracking & Notifications
Our BBQ delivery service includes email and text updates so you always know when your meal is on its way.
Here’s what to expect:
- Early Reminder: If you order ahead, you’ll get an email at the start of your delivery week so you know when to expect your meal.
- Day-of Delivery Alert: On the day we’re scheduled to deliver, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your time slot and order details.
- Email/SMS Notification: When our delivery van hits the road, you’ll get a text message letting you when we're close.
- Delivery Follow-up: The day after your delivery, we’ll send a quick email to make sure everything arrived safe and sound and tasted just as it should.

Reheating & Storage
While our BBQ is meant to be enjoyed fresh out of the bag (that's when it tastes best!), many customers ask how to store and reheat leftovers properly.
But if you’re saving a little for later:
- Reheating: Use a 275°F oven, covered in foil. Avoid the microwave, it’s not kind to BBQ
- Pro Move: Got a sous vide? That’s your best bet for reheating perfection
- Fridge: Meals will typically stay fresh for up to 3 days
- Freezer: Most items freeze well. Just put in a freezer safe container for best results

Why We Deliver the Way We Do
We’re not a gig app. We don’t outsource delivery. And we don’t cut corners.
Every order is delivered by our team in a fully electric van, built out to transport meals safely and responsibly. It’s quiet, efficient, and keeps your food held in insulated carriers until the moment it reaches your door.
Because we’re family-run, every route is personal. We know what you ordered, when you ordered it, and where it needs to go. No third-party handoffs—just us, start to finish.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
We prepare every order fresh, just for you—so we ask that any changes or cancellations be made by 12 noon the day before your delivery.
If something comes up and you can’t receive your order, we’ll do our best to help. While we don’t offer refunds as standard, we’re happy to explore one of the following:
- Full store credit for a future delivery
- Rerouting your order to a friend or neighbor on your route
If neither of those work for you, we can discuss a refund (minus card processing fees) as a last resort.
