




Sophie's Tiramisu
This one’s close to home. Named after the baker herself, Sophie’s Tiramisu is our house version of the classic Italian dessert — layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, whipped mascarpone cream, and finished with a dusting of cocoa.
Made the way Sophie first served it in our kitchen — light, smooth, and just the right kind of indulgent. Each batch is chilled and packed in a 16oz container, serving 2 to 3 adults. Handcrafted in small batches, never frozen.
We make it with espresso from Occasio Roasters — a local favorite roasted by one of our fellow kitcheners, whose coffee brings real depth to the flavor.
