St Patrick’s Day Dinner with Smoked Guinness Cottage Pie

Cherry and Oak Smoked

** Note: This meal can only be ordered for Tuesday 17th March **

Our St Paddy's Day dinner brings together four comforting elements in one complete meal, made for a cozy dinner at home. Choose Dinner for 2 or Family Dinner for 4, and we’ll deliver it hot and ready for the table.

Smoked Guinness Cottage Pie with Colcannon (35 oz)

At the heart of this meal is our cottage pie, built the long way. We start with 80 20 ground beef formed into thin patties and smoked over real wood until they pick up deep, savory character. Alongside that, beef cheeks are smoked and then braised low and slow in a rich Guinness gravy with onion, carrot, celery, garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire, thyme, and bay until fork tender. Everything is folded together into a thick, glossy filling with real depth and structure, then topped with buttery colcannon made from Yukon Gold potatoes, kale, scallions, milk, butter, and Irish cheddar. The pie is baked until golden at the edges and delivered hot for dinner.

Cider Mustard Charred Cabbage with Caraway

On the side, you’ll get a bright, tangy cabbage dish designed to balance the richness of the pie. Cabbage is charred until sweet and deeply browned, then finished with apple cider vinegar, whole grain mustard, honey, butter, and toasted caraway. It is tender, flavorful, and full of that roasted cabbage depth that works beautifully with the Guinness braised beef.

Irish Apple Crumble (GF)

For dessert, there’s our Gluten-Free Irish Apple Crumble, made with tender baked apples and a crisp buttery oat topping. The apples are cooked with brown sugar, lemon, cinnamon, and nutmeg until soft and fragrant, while the crumble bakes into golden clusters with just the right amount of crunch.

Pouring Vanilla Custard

Served alongside the crumble is a separate pot of pouring vanilla custard, made with real vanilla, milk, cream, and egg yolks. Smooth, rich, and classic, it is ready to warm and pour over the crumble just before serving.
