Hungarian Paprika Chicken
Our Paprika Chicken is destined to become a Pendragon favorite. A true comfort meal for these colder months, inspired by Eva's traditional Hungarian paprikás csirke.
Each bone-in leg is lightly smoked, then gently braised in a rich paprika sauce made with slow-cooked onions, garlic, roasted red peppers, and sweet Hungarian paprika. Once tender, the braising sauce is blended smooth for a bold, velvety texture that clings beautifully to the chicken and pasta.
Delivered hot and ready to eat, each portion includes:
- Smoked and braised chicken leg(s) in paprika sauce
- Buttered rotini pasta (or optional gluten-free pasta)
- A side of fresh sour cream
