What Matters Most to Us
Carefully Sourced Meats
We partner with trusted local butchers and choose cuts for quality, not convenience. Our ribs? We use a variety of St. Louis Style pork ribs, picked for their marbling and flavor.
Thoughtful Packaging
Nearly all of our packaging is recyclable or compostable. If plastic is ever included, it’s plant-derived (PLA) or used only when no safe and practical alternative exists.
Scratch-Cooked, Always
We make everything ourselves, from rubs to sides to desserts. We keep preservatives to a bare minimum because real food should taste like, well, real food.
