Naturally sweet, gently spiced, and fully plant-based, our Sweet Potato Mash brings together the warmth of slow-roasted sweet potatoes with the richness of full-fat coconut milk and the brightness of fresh lime.
We roast whole sweet potatoes to bring out their natural sugars, then mash them with a touch of sea salt and cracked black pepper. Just before serving, we finish with a sprinkle of golden toasted coconut flakes for a subtle crunch and nutty lift.
This side is creamy without cream, sweet without sugar, and cozy without being heavy. A comforting balance to any of our BBQ mains.
